  1. Speaking of GE….

    February 18:

“General Electric Co. Chairman and Chief Executive Jeffrey Immelt declined a 2008 bonus and millions of dollars in performance awards, saying Wednesday that the company’s falling profits and plummeting share price prompted him to forgo the payments.”

The z-man, on the other hand, comes up with KEIP to ensure he and his cronies remain paid. Yes, I do believe that KEIP == Keep Executive Idiots Paid.

  2. Looks like thats one GE trait Z conveniently forgot to implement. Lets face it, there’s simply no chance Z will “share the pain” that will come with the downfall of this company that he and his cronies have had a large part in causing.

For him, its KEIP all the way while maybe tossing a few breadcrumbs (i.e “incentives” like tickets to sporting events, etc) to a few “lucky” employees.
