Nortel Downfall Part 7

with 10 comments

Part 7 has been rushed to production so that those laid off can have one last chance to watch it before the soulless executive ruthlessly terminates them without severance and kicks them out on to the street.

Irregardless of their hateful actions, don’t let them take away your dignity. YOU are who you are no matter what they’ve done to you or how shameful they have behaved. Don’t lose your pride!

  4. DJ, can you make these clips retrivable by their main characters names? Youtube should list them based on Mike Z, for example. And all variants. For good measure, add JH in the brew.

  7. These movie clips are hilarious !!!

When Nortel breaths its last breath, you can continue the series with “After Nortel’s Downfall”. You can use clips from the movie “The Odessa File” and narrate how the criminals (Stern, Roth, Dunn, Mr.Z) are tracked down by a determined young journalist out to oppose the truth.

  8. Two points of I can suggest for desksjockey:

i you should think to remove some of the emotion and hostle views. bad for your health and anger. it is getting in the way of your vision. bad things happen and bad decisions are made by bad business people but not all is a ‘sea of lies.’ you will end up poisoning yourself and others with this bad emotions

ii Nortel’s downfall did not start in october 2005. there were many other ceos and bad business decisions for at least 10 years.

iii i think you should take a longer view for your video satires, which are great entertainments, and look at years 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 etc for video topics of the ‘downfall’ parts 8, 9, 10, 11 et c.

  9. kudam, you are correct. Nortel management has been making bad decisions and filled with corrupt self serving people for some time, it did not start with Mike Z. However the focus has been on current management because of the recent events and their attempts to deceive all with the reality of the situation.

  10. You are the best!!! Keep the videos coming because in times like this the people left on the inside could use a good laugh.

Only criticism I have is Irregardless is not a word. 🙂
